Every dollar counts. We rely on donations to cover 30% of the costs associated with our accommodation, support, and living skills programs. Without your generosity we wouldn’t be able to provide such a high degree of support to vulnerable children and young people in need.

We urgently need your help to raise $90,000 this financial year.

St Laurence House provides long-term accommodation and teaches life skills in a supportive environment for children and young people at risk of homelessness.

We are the only organisation in New South Wales to provide a home to boys and girls between 13 and 18 years giving them long-term care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Supported Transitional Accommodation for Youth (STAY) program provides a much-needed intensive living skills program and support to 16 to 25-year old’s who are at risk of becoming homeless. In the past year, 38 young people took part in STAY and 80% managed to keep their secure tenancy.

The beauty of our long-term program is that we have the time to create connections with the kids and the space to listen and respond when issues arise.

Here are the stories of just five young people we’ve worked with.
